Since he moved into this office it’s been horrible trying to get in for appointments..especially when you have more then one child .. loved when he was in the other building with a np but now it’s horrible .. not compassionate to you problem the staff sucks period. He’s always booked 2 month out don’t return calls..

Dr. Taylor has been my children's pediatrician for 19 years now. He is an incredible doctor. Unfortunately, he recently moved his practice to UT Physicians and we have had nothing but problems ever since. EVERY time since he has moved to UT physicians, we have been billed for extra services which were not performed. I hate it, but we will be seeking a new pediatrician. Hopefully he will leave UT Physicians and we can go back to using him but until then we will not. Shame.

My family has been using Dr. Taylor for 15 years. I have 3 children, 15, 12, and 3. We absolutely love him. He is very thorough and takes his time explaining things so that I can understand them. He is very patient and understanding with my kids, that are usually bouncing all over the place. His staff is great as well. We certainly miss the ones that are gone, but still has great ones with him. We love this Dr. and staff.

Everytime you try to talk to him about a problem, he brushes it off and says that's normal Instead of addressing anything about it. His office staff is has no clue what's going on plus they overcharge the patient and the insurance every time

My family has been going to Dr Taylor for a little over two years. The entire staff is a joy to be around. Scheduling is easy and the appointments are well organized and you are taken into a room without a huge waiting time.

As a first time mom I found Dr Taylor spent a lot of time answering my questions and reassuring me. He has a nice bedside manner with my infant and his staff worked me in quickly when I thought my infant had a problem(though there was no problem after all). I appreciate the Well Baby and Sick Baby separated rooms, also.

He's very arrogant and a bit condescending. He doesn't care about his patients nor try to get to know any of them at all. He just wants to get paid and get out. I cannot stand him. He takes 3 second check up and doesn't give any information he just hands out pamphlets to educate yourself.After at least 15 min waiting time outside-waiting area and another 10 minute inside the room, you get full charged for something you already figured out from an online diagnosis. A real sham.
