his staff is rude, condescending and unprofessional. since it was late in the day one Dr Salazar performed my colonoscopy he left before he could give me the results.

Great Experience and Doctor
Myself and my husband are both patients of doctor Salazar and find him very thorough and professional. His staff is very thorough as his nurses during our colonoscopies were very attentive at making all our needs met.

Services need Re-organization!
Doctor Salazar is Kind and Patient but the Office ‘s employees ruined everything…more than once. They don’t show any compassion and don’t show any professionalism. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They are not organized. Priscilla who works for that clinic should be fired. She is impatient, rude and have no social skills. I wish that Dr Salazar would be surrounded by better staff. Also, when you get a voice mail from Baptist Surgery center for a colonoscopy,…it can take days to reach them back. They don’t have a voicemail and claim to be extremely busy and don’t take notes. I received 3 phone calls from them for the exact same issue. Very sad, debilitating and disappointing.

"Colonoscopy!"..... "No Dr, I don't want one of those right now. I have symptoms that were confirmed by CT Scan as diverticulitis and possible Crohns disease. " "Sorry, no treatment without Colonoscopy." I think if you went in complaining of a headache he would say "COLONOSCOPY." Terrible.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Salazar for over 2 years and I find him to be wonderful. Not only is he very knowledgable he is also very kind and compassionate. I have always found him to take plenty of time with her and not once have I felt he was rushing the appointment. In addition, his staff has also been very good...especially his nurse Anna and Shalom in the lab.

I have been a patient of Dr Salazar's for over 10 years. I have only found him to be extremely warm,caring and empathetic. He and his staff have gone out of their way to help me obtain some extremely expensive medication that another office would have said sorry your on your own. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Salazar is cold and scientific, his office is not at all interested in the patient as a customer. It is a cold and unfeeling place where you are a number moving through the process. The care is competent but not at all empathetic or warm. I will not continue being a patient there.
