I called the office of Dr. Luis Sobogal and the two women I spoke to had absolutely the worse phone skills. She did not hear me and the only thing she continued asking was "what's your insurance". I honestly can not believe that people like this get hired to talk with potential patients. Horrible customer service! The Doctor must miss the chance of helping so many people because of these people having very poor communication skills and lack of caring.

His receptionist, Claudia is very rude and unwilling to service patients needs. The office manager is the same or worse, as she would not take my call. Claudia said that the office manager was too busy to take my call and that she would not call me back. This is the most unprofessional office staff I have had to deal with ever.

I set an appointment with Dr. Sabogal because I had (and still have) significant symptoms that could indicate a prostrate cancer. I had to wait two months to see him. When I got to his office, at 8 am, there were already about 6 people waiting. By 9:45 about 4 patients had left and about 25 had arrived. People were waiting in the hall outside the office. At that point the secretary informed me that she still had not received a referral. I had put the referral in her hand when I walked in.

I had to have a biopsy and thedoctgors office assured me it was all coverd by my insurance. After the biopsy I got a bill for almost $3,000.00 from the wrong the lab . I visited the doctor again and they told me they had nothing do with that and they did not want to help me.
