My mom is 92 years old and has been under the care of Dr. Plasencia. His office staff, specifically Jessica, has been outstanding. I received several calls regarding an abnormal lab result because I was not available when they called. The office did not assume I received the message, that evening they were calling me again. I appreciate them reaching out to me again because sometimes a voice mail is not received. Whenever I have had to call the office, Jessica is always very helpful and responds professionally and if she does not have the information I need she follows up and get this, she actually calls me back with a reply. That may seem like an obvious but in my experience that has not happened. Usually when I am told we or I will call you back, no return call. I was able to do Telemedicine with my mom & Dr. Plasencia, which during Covid-19 was a blessing. Thank you to Dr. Plasencia & his staff for the genuine care and compassion shown to my mom.
