Dr. Luis Orezzoli, MD

He truly cares about his patients. I interviewed him 20 years ago when expecting my first child and knew he would be wonderful. 20 years and 2 kids later, I know I wasn’t wrong.

They refused to rerun my sons insurance, even though I explained there was an issue on the insurance side (they had my son’s birthday wrong) and the insurance company instructed me to tell the office manager to resend the information. Also, the office manager never mentioned they had an issue with the insurance until AFTER the appointment was finished and they asked me for $300 for the physical. I was upset obviously. I didn’t understand why we were having this conversation now, and not before the appointment. They are a bunch of crooks. They refused to work with the insurance even though they take that insurance company. The office manager was so rude. She actually said “I don’t make mistakes so I don’t have to resend this.” I told her it was not her mistake but the insurance company. Still they refused to resubmit the claim to insurance. They had NO problem sending my bill to collections though.

I'll never forget Dr. Orezzoli! He was my daughter's first pediatric doctor when she was a baby. He made me, my husband and even my mother feel at ease about being new parents. I loved that he used a lot of old school/ holistic approaches to caring for children. We moved away, and when my daughter went to her new doctor, I left the office, not feeling that same type of assurance we always got from Dr. Orezzoli. Once the visit was over, my husband looked at me and said, I don't like that doctor, she didn't even "check her hips". :) We miss Dr. Orezzoli and still speak of him and his practice today. Our daughter is 18 years old now, and we've never found a better doctor. Keep up the great work Doc! We miss you!

He is absolutely wonderful! He takes the time to not only speak to you but the children as well- even if they are infants. He is so warm and never makes you feel like you are on the clock. We just adore him.

Dr. Orezzoli is the best pediatrician ever! However, his office staff is extremely sub par. They have screwed up our insurance billing. The woman who handles it (Cathy) argued with the insurance company when they told her she was wrong on her interpretation of the EOB! She never returns calls and flat out lies! She says she’ll call us at noon....doesn’t call. We call back and we find out she doesn’t even start work until 2:30 pm every day!

I see a lot of reviews stating that the office manager is rude etc, that's Dr Orezzi's wife. She is quite rude, and not helpful at all.

Great doctor, but their office is stuck in the 1990s. I never thought I'd hear someone say "We don't do e-mail"!

He's so good with all the children! He sees most of the children in my family now including my little bean. Wait times are short and if you do have a problem you are seen that day.

He is very patient and methodical, and very kind to the kids. He greets the children by name and speaks to them directly instead of just looking to parents. We never feel rushed. He has the demeanor of a happy, affectionate family member. The office has separate doors and waiting areas for sick and well visits. Nurse Nancy is also very kind.

Excellent and caring doctor. Answers all questions thoroughly.
