Bait and switch Doctors office. Putting people at risk for illnesses to grow. Terrible Doctor. Advertises Medi-cal insurance. Let's you book your appointment. Checks you into your appointment. Let's you wait for your appointment, however while you are waiting in his waiting room, suddenly he dosnt take Medi-cal. Bad business. Terrible ethics! Shame shame shame on Dr. Luis A. Chanes, MD.

The service is so bad. i was on 08/24/18. I was prescribed some drops for the eyes, and it is the moment that the pharmacy was not received the order. I call this place on several occasions , and they send me another phone. I have left a messages. and nobody has communicated with me.

He gets annoyed when you ask him questions or to explain instructions better. Bedside manner is very bad

A professional is only as good as his office staff. I've had multiple conversations with the receptionist (I believe her name is Ileana) and found her to be rude and dismissive. Multiple requests for help with a prescription refill for a patient were disregarded. Two weeks later, two wasted trips to a pharmacy and 10+ calls to Dr. Chanes' office for assistance and I'm still waiting. In my opinion, if you're looking for responsive patient care, you need to look elsewhere.
