DONT CALL THEY WONT PICK UP
OVERALL OK! DONT TRY TO CALL THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONES- RECEPTIONIST IS SUPER RUDE. IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE-I HAVE CALLED 5X TIMES TODAY AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONES. BAD.

Would Not Recommend
Misdiagnosed me had to get a second opinion with another doctor who diagnosed me correctly. Staff isn’t terrible rude and have a bad attitude.

I have know Dr. Arango since I became nurse and I have always admired his dedication and concern for his patients. He thoroughly examines and explains everything to you and dedicates time to you as a patient, gives you his attention during your visit. Now a days it is very difficult to find a doctor like him, most of the doctors go in an out of the examining room leaving you with concerns and doubts. Thank you doctor Luis Arango.

TRIED TO GET INFORMATION REGARDING IF WE NEED TO GO FASTING FOR ASSESTMENT TEST AND IVONNE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK DID NO KNOW NOTHING, APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR 9:30 LAB DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 1030 SEEMS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE OFFICE

This Doctor is absolutely one of the best in the Rio Grande Valley! I work in the health care field as an attendant/provider who is in MANY,MANY doctor's offices. Dr. Arango has tremendous bedside manner, is always pleasant, takes his time with EACH patient, and gives correct diagnosis and treatment. Not only is this guy a fantastic doctor, he is surrounded by a great, hard working, patient caring staff! You will have to go along way to beat the care given by Dr, Arango and his excellent staff!

Staff is not friendly, which surprises me because he is. Too much going on between Mission and McAllen offices. Patients have to go to one office for one thing and to another office for other things. Need to upgrade systems.
