Dr. Lucina Kidd, DO

I've been holding off on writing any sort of review because I hate to be "that person", but I am doing this now because I think people need to be informed when choosing their provider. She was the first provider I'd ever picked by myself, and she was ultimately dismissive, unprofessional, didn't address my complaint in the slightest and was over all unkind. I saw her years ago, and now after working in a doctors office myself, I reflect on my experience. I think about how unfairly I was treated, and that I wish I knew how to advocate for myself then, the way I do now. My experience with her made me have a general view of providers for far too long, to where I would refuse to even go to a doctor (for years) in fear I would be treated to and spoke to the way Dr. Kidd spoke to me. After reading more recent reviews, I'm sad to see that she still seems to practice this way. I urge anyone looking for a provider to seek elsewhere, and for Dr. Kidd to please, do better by your patients.

I’ve met over 40 different doctors and specialists and dr Kidd ranks number 1 for most disinterested and heartless.

My experience with Dr Kidd was not the best. I'm transgender and I felt 100% judged by her and her staff. The room that they put me in had thin walls and I could hear them misgender me behind the door. I agree with the negative reviews. Her bedside manner wasn't the best because she was very dismissive and I'm almost certain she sighed at one point like she just wanted to get this over with. I was highly disappointed because I was hoping she would be my PCP. However after the experience I had with her, I decided to go elsewhere.

I thought Dr. Kidd was great. She was friendly, professional, and had a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Kidd listened to me and prescribed a successful treatment.

Dr. Kidd is borderline negligent. She is condescending in her bedside manner, refuses to acknowledge symptoms, and consistently gets diagnoses wrong. Twice I've had to go to specialists after being wrongly diagnosed by her. Both didn't understand how she came to her conclusion. These weren't sherlock holmes' cases either. One was textbook pneumonia. The other was a problem with my ear which she prescribed a medicine for that actually made it much worse. For the pneumonia, she diagnosed allergies which I knew was wrong. I asked for a referral to a pulmonologist, and she was stubborn enough to refuse to give me one, claiming she was right and if she wasn't then I had to come back. I've never witnessed a doctor be this prideful. All of this taken into account, Dr. Kidd is the worst doctor I've ever witnessed and, in my opinion, shouldn't have her license. I wouldn't trust her to diagnose my son with a cold. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, and go see a competent Dr.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Kidd's care. She was attentive, professional and all while being emotionally attuned to my concerns. This is a clinic that appears to hire exceptionally well qualified personnel.

The negative reviews on Dr. Kidd I think may be a bit over-stating things. I actually really like how direct Dr. Kidd is. She's helped me quite a bit with various heart problems and weight problems because she doesn't sugar coat, and through it all I feel like she truly cares. I don't get a judgmental-vibe at all like others have said here. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kidd was very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and explained everything. She was extremely professional yet friendly.

This person has no bedside manor. She is very judgmental and demeaning. I feel that she has an issue with obesity and looks down her nose at individuals not of her intelligence. Her body language and gesters are unwelcoming and hurtful. She shouldn't even be a vetranrian working with pets.

Impossible to get ahold of. Even less likely to call you back. Not very nice or knowledgeable. Don't waste your time or money.

I couldn't get in to see my primary care physician so I went to the Family Medical Associates. The doctor was in and out less than 3 minutes after showing up 30 minutes late for my appointment. I had to call twice to get the results of my x-ray and also, after leaving two more messages about my prescription, I still don't have any medication that is working for the pain.

She's always been pretty helpful to me. She's not ebullient or overly friendly, but she doesn't have to be to be a good doctor, and she's never been rude to me. I like her well enough.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, has no people skills.
