Poor bedside manner
I had came to Dr. Sandoval for some female health concern issues. She definitely made me feel like she was being judgmental and she was overall rude. I don’t know why Kelsey Seybold still has her around. Everyone says the same thing about her.

Poor bedside manner and insensitive
I went in for severe shoulder pain that was causing me to not be able to move my arm that had lasted a week. It was a bit better at the time I saw her, but was still giving me problems. She treated me like my pain was not real. Despite the MA going over each of my medications with me before the appointment, Dr. Sandoval glanced at my list of medications and pointedly asked me about four of them that could be considered controversial, and I felt like she may have been implying that I was drug seeking. This made me feel uncomfortable, as did her awful bedside manner and lack of warmth. I went in because I was afraid that I might’ve torn my shoulder and wanted imaging and a physical exam, not medication. She was dismissive of my pain and seemed unconcerned and acted as if I was wasting her time. All of my other Kelsey-Seybold providers have been great, but this was a bad experience. Would not recommend; all of the other providers at Main Campus are great, so go see them instead.

Wow. I was blown away by how rude this woman was to me- also very scary personality. I left feeling hopeless and dumb. Do not see this cold hearted woman who hates her job and could care less about your health. She needs to retire already.

Firstly, Dr Sandoval came over an hour late to see me! On top of that, Dr Sandoval had HORRIBLE bedside manners. I showed her my rash on my neck and she said “I don’t see anything” without even taking a closer look or touching me at all. I told her I was worry that it was something serious, and she responded “rashes are rarely serious.” Then she gave me a cream and said “you can leave.” She didn’t help me and my rash got so bad I had to go back and see a dermatologist. Worst visit ever.

If I could give her one star , I would. we were grossed out at how she lacked bedside manners and just simply so inconsiderate. Please don't go to her. going to her means we are keeping these doctors on floors and filling their pockets when they treat patients like bugs.

This doctor needs to pay attention to her patient's health. My mom left her office with just prescription and ended up in the ICU due to unmanaged care.

I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor in my entire life. Such a hateful and judgmental person should not be allowed in health care. Dr. Sandoval's demeanor was just that- demeaning. She was rude, sarcastic, COMPLETELY unhelpful and unprofessional. I cannot emphasize how little I would recommend her as someone to help you with any medical problem. Or any problem, ever.

She has no emotion. She has a very dry personality to be a doctor taking care of sickly patients. If I would allowed her to, I would have been dismissed with just muscle pain, when it turned out to be kidneys stones. Dr. Sandoval, please take the time to LISTEN to your patients, please be nicer, and act like you care about their health. Thank you!
