Hello my name is Crystal M. Grimes I'm currently a patient of Dr. Anushka Patel and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Luci Chen for two weeks two visits while my current doctor was on vacation. She was wonderful. Very pleasant, kind, empathic, educated, professional and I recommend her highly and have already spoken about her to many of my friends and family. Dr. Chen has guided me through two surgeries radiation and other treatment for Merkel cell carcinoma since 2013. She is knowledgeable professional and friendly. You never feel rushed and her entire office staff give off a positive vibe. I have recommended her to more than a dozen patients

She was nice. But pushy. I decided I didn’t want to go with radiation. After weeks of calling me. She finally talked me into it. My wounds were not yet healed from surgery. I got very sick. My wounds would not heal due to the radiation. She also lied to me and said I wouldn’t have any swelling. If any only for a short period of time. I now have Lymphedema in my right leg due to 33 round of intense radiation damage. She fried my Lymphnodes. Now I have to seek a Lymphatic bypass surgery. $45K

You are fortunate if you have found Dr. Chen for radiation oncology. She works with a team of doctors in related specialties that are also top notch so you will get comprehensive care to maximize your outcome. What I like most about Dr. Chen is her intelligence as proven in her education, training, and experience, combined with her compassionate, caring bedside manner. I'll be forever grateful for Dr. Chen's help in curing my cancer.

Dr. Chen is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, well educated, well trained, experienced, and compassionate. She is a leader who understands the latest treatment options for her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her care during a tough time in my life and recommend her without hesitation. You would be in good hands to have this doctor care for you too.
