Responsive, Attentive, Approachable
I've had a great experience with Dr. Irwin. I started seeing him for medication-assisted treatment of alcoholism, and he has saved my life. He was patient, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and approachable. He listened carefully to my social history and was willing to try a couple different approaches. He treated me with respect, and we found something that worked for me. I have a new lease on life and greatly appreciate him. I like him and his approach to treatment so much that I have made him my PCP. We are working on my other chronic health conditions, with great results so far. I have recommended him to friends and family for their health concerns, and I will continue to do that.

I got injured got an xray order on a Monday. I still haven't heard from him and this is Thursday. I hurt my ribs and am in terrible pain. Never had this with a doctor before. He doesn't check his patients' tests before he leaves for the day. DON'T GO TO HIM.
