Exceptional medical care
I fell and hit my head on the concrete floor of our garage on Saturday. I fell on my glasses which caused a cut that bled, but I got up right way. It was just sore. On Monday, I saw floaters in my left eye's field of vision - thousands of tiny specs moving around my field of vision. I called Dr Chamberlain at 3 PM. He saw me at 4PM. He said it would be a good idea to get a retinal scan. This was about 4:20. Dr. Chamberlain called two opthamologists he knew, and sent me directly to Dr. Kennedy who agreed to stay after 5PM closing time to see me. Both doctors mentioned that if it was bad, the treatment had to be done right away. Dr Kennedy's staff was excellent doing the tests. He interpreted the results and diagnosed vitreous detachment, but no retinal damage. Whew! Note that the process for checking in and doing the insurance thing, for both doctors was a breeze. UCHealth's processes are excellent. Dr. Kennedy called twice to check in.This is 5 star medical care.

Dr. Chamberlain is great!
Dr. Chamberlain is great! I have been seeing him for a couple of years now and he does a fantastic job. Very attentive, caring, and genuine. Actually listens to patients and easy to work with.

Pass this place even if you're dying!
Drove 2 hours from Colorado Springs for an appointment I made almost a month in advance. When I got there, they said they had called and left a voicemail cancelling my appt ( they hadn't) even after I explained I drove 2 hours and showed them my mailbox with no voicemail, they still wouldn't see me. So I wasted 4 hours driving for nothing. Lousy doctor, lousy customer service. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Don't trustyourhealthyothese bozos!
