Ineffective as a Physician
When prescribing a blood pressure medicine for me, instead of relying on his supposed knowledge and expertise, he took my own personal printouts I had gotten off the Internet that described the pros and cons of certain blood pressure medicines and attempted to make a professional recommendation based on the printouts I had for my own personal information. Since I have White Coat Syndrome, my BP is naturally going to be high at the office, but he prescribed medicine based on the high reading at the office instead of the more accurate readings I charted at home. This doctor does not listen! When ordering a refill on a prescription, it should not take two weeks to accomplish this routine yet important task and you are ignored. A physical in his office only lasts 5 minutes. He takes your blood pressure, checks your heartbeat, and sends you out the door without any labs and then charges you an inflated fee one would receive with a much more thorough examination.

Brilliant physician & communicator
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beeley’s for 5-6 years and have nothing but praise for him for the quality of care I’ve received, the ease with which he and I communicate both electronically and in person. Dr Beeley is always cheerful, friendly and welcoming making a typical appointment or checkup feel more like a visit with an old friend rather than a dreadful, clinical aloof sterile experience that one might expect with a prototypical run of the mill general practitioner. He is very professional & highly skilled physician-an overall intelligent person who is not only great at his vocation but also a very articulate, knowledgeable and understandable communicator who always listens and responds respectfully and thoughtfully to any input, questions or hypotheticals that I may introduce to our conversations. Dr Beeley is the total package of upper echelon medical professional combined w/a very affable, approachable & all around great personality who has a big heart for the people in his care.

Life Saver
I have been seeing Dr.Beeley after a catastrophic injury more than 10 years ago and in all that time he has NEVER let me down.He is hands down the very best doctor who has ever treated me and I am 62 years old.I have very complex and life threatening problems, that being said, he has never made me feel as if I am a burdensome patient. He has done everything within in his power to make me as comfortable as possible so absolutely any quality of life that still remains is due to Dr.Beeley. In fact, I have had to move and I am now over an hour away from him but I wouldn’t even consider changing doctors. He is thoughtful and deliberate in his decision making and has always offered me sound, expert and timely treatment.I was dealt a bad hand and I thank God that I have had Dr. Beeley to help me play it. He is the epitome of a kind, brilliant and well trained doctor.

Dr. Beeley and his staff have been notified many times throughout the past several years by myself(wife of patient) and by my husband (patient himself) to advise that he is an addict and his drug of choice is the Adderall that he has prescribed. My husband would get the prescription filled and within two weeks or less the medication is completely gone taking double the dose sometimes triple. The office assured us many times writing letters to us and putting it in the chart flagging him that he would no longer get that medication. After many months of not receiving the medication Dr. Beeley is once again prescribing him the same medication as if nothing was ever said and now my husband is in a full blown addiction all over again. I thought doctors were supposed to take care of their patients not make them sicker. Dr. Beeley is not a physician that cares about his patients but one who makes his patients enabled. This will be reported all over because this has to stop. I’m over it!

Empathetic
Dr. Beeley became my physician after Dr. Boydstun left Ohio Health. The stark contrast between a new, eager, concerned doctor, like Dr. Boydstun, and an empathetic, lazy, incompetent doctor, like Dr. Beeley, has been a harsh reminder that sometimes more experience doesn't mean better treatment.

Got stuck with him after Dr. Boydstun moved out of state. Was told he was, "laid-back". A better description would be completely indifferent

I went to see Dr. Beeley for back pain and was highly disappointed in the service I received. The visit costed $126 and I was there for less than 5 minutes and all I got was a print out of stretches that might help. He didn't even look at or examine my back. Totally useless and not worth a single penny of mine. It baffles my mind how someone can make so much money doing absolutely nothing with so little knowledge. I inquired about a few other things as well and he was equally unhelpful.
