This office gives the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. And They are clearly prejudiced against their clients. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Such a disgrace to be considered a doctors office.

First thing I want to say is the person that left a 1 star and negative review must have Dr. Paul's office confused with another. The staff is friendly and helpful and the waiting room is and has always been very nice and clean also nicely decorated.I've been seeing Dr Paul for over 25 years, he moved twice and I followed him. He listens and never rushes through an appointment. He helps you figure out the best avenue to take for your condition. GREAT DOCTOR!

This was my first meeting with Dr paul since Dr Golden was unavailable. He is kind, patient, understanding, great listener, knowledgeable and a credit to the profession. He is great.

I met Dr, Lowell for the very first time today, I moved from Lansing and I needed new doctor. He is AMAZING! He made me feel so comfortable even on my first visit with him. Very knowledgeable and kind doctor, the one you rarely find now a day, I can not believe I was so fortunate to be one of his patient .

Dr Paul is awesome, he listens to you, really cares and you don't feel like you're speaking to a doctor because he is so sweet. He explains everything so nicely you feel like you're talking to your friend. I highly recommend this doctor. The problem I have is with the staff because they are horrible, I don't know why they behave like that. They honestly need some training on how to behave with human beings because they don't have any respect towards the patients.

I just love Dr Paul. I have been going to him for about ten years. I have never known a doctor who is willing to spend so much time with his patients. He is never rushed and will sit and talk for as long as necessary. He also has a vast store of medical knowledge. He's the best -- no one compares.

Dr. Lowell Paul, MD is by far the best doctor of Internal medicine I've ever had. He truly cares about his patients. He is very knowledgable and communicates very well with me and doesn't leave until all of my questions are answered. I trust him a lot. He is very kind and has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Having to choose a new doctor after a healthcare switch at work is no easy task. Was looking for a Dr. That is close to home ( last one was 1/2 mile away from the house) my wife went to him fist and had an excellent experience and my turn was no different. Dr. Paul takes the time out to explain things and answer my questions in a way a simple person like me could understand and if I couldnt come up with questions on the spot feel free to call him. I didnt feel rushed like some other doctors do.
