Knowledgeable and Compassionate
Dr. Ketron was amazing at my visit!! He takes the time with his patients and makes sure you understand EVERYTHING that’s going on with your health not just your heart. He’s honest, compassionate and honestly cares about his patients both personally and health wise. He took the time to get to know me, my wife and even asked about our family. Dr. Ketron is very knowledgeable and I trust him completely with my health!! I would definitely recommend him!!

Useless
Was referred by doctor for a stress test due to pain in chest. After a month his office still had not contacted me for an appt. I finally called a got an appt for a month later. He rescheduled that appt 3 times. I recd an email from his office the day before my scheduled appt advising me to arrive early to my appt. I did so and was told the doc was too busy to see me and they would have to reschedule me next month - 7 months after the initial referral from my doc. To top it all off, when I checked in for my appointment, and was told the doctor was too busy to see me I saw him standing in the hallway. There were no patients in the waiting room, and none that I could see inside waiting to see him..

Canceled appointments
Had a stress test in July revealing a possible blockage. Made an appointment to see doctor which was cancelled as were the next three. Finally made an appointment with anther cardiologist who promptly scheduled a cardiac catheterization, found a blockage and inserted a stent. This procedure should have and would have done months earlier had Dr. Ketron not continually cancel appointments.

About Me

care philosophy

I believe we should treat patients as the whole person, not just the separate conditions they may have, and allow them autonomy in choosing their treatments and management based on education and understanding of those conditions through strong rapport and genuine care we provide them.
