I had a appendectomy on 03/10, went for my 2 week check up and no Dr.Smith. His office has been closed since I don’t know when, I was told to go to the er to have the staples removed which I did, but they were removed to early, when I went home I was bleeding heavily and returned to the er where I received 3 stitches because my incisions still wasn’t healed. I’ve been calling and leaving messages for a return to work letter which is required NO LUCK! my primary care doctor removed the stitches and also a staple that was still left in me.. I’m not receiving any income because of this, and my bills are building up, I hope no one else is going through this, my blood pressure is through the roof cause I’m worried about my bills and job.

Great then down the tubes MIA at my husband’s 2 week post op for staple removal. Had to pay some other doctor to remove staples. Have called 3 times a week since mid March. No return calls from him. Office has been closed well over a month. And, my husband had begged for a return to work letter, which is necessary, and we are unable to get from any other physician. I’m reporting this to our insurance company, BBB, and hospital administrators today. In 30 plus years in the medical field, I’ve never seen anything like this situation!

I had an appendectomy in which my common bile duct was cut in half. 8 months off work to repair the damage, but they never failed to send me a bill. I am now required to see a specialist for ultrasound and lab work yearly for the rest of my life. I was only seen in the hospital. Despite the fact of begging for help, my problem was not des covered until three days later when bile exploded through my laparoscopic incisions. The specialist took over my care from there.
