First time seeing a Dermatologist
I went into this appointment not really knowing what to expect. I never had a reason to see a dermatologist until my scalp had red patches, was itchy and flaky. And no matter what I used over the counter, just always seemed to get worse. So going into the appointment, I didn’t wait long and was seen pretty fast. All the ladies were pretty nice and chill. But Dr. Tift was just to calm and soft spoken. She listened to what I had to say and she asked questions that made sense. She was kind & honest; she didn’t pretend that she was gonna cure it but rather provide a way to manage it. She prescribed me a shampoo and a foam to keep on overnight. Having been instructed to only use both 3 days a week, I’m on week 2 & no more redness, flakes are barely even noticeable and itching is almost totally gone. Thank you!

Amazingly gentle
Dr Tift has an excellent way of communicating one on one. She looks you straight in the eye and explains what is going on without being condescending, which a lot of my other Doctors tend to do. I have had a long list of surgeries to combat bone disease, and have found these surgeons can be a little rough when they examine you. Dr Tift examines and handles my skin the way you want your skin handled, gently and with care. Her exams are very thorough and she has found a few precancerous spots I did not notice, and froze them to prevent any continued growth. Her staff is also courteous, from her PA to the office staff. Only complaint is she moved her office to a place that has no bus service. But worth the cost of a cab to avoid skin cancer

I saw Dr. Tift for an infected cyst today and was very pleased with her excellent bedside manner. She went above and beyond trying to make me comfortable before and during the drainage of the cyst. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Tift is amazing! She may be a younger doctor but is more knowledgeable than most; she actually caught something on me that another doctor missed! She is just the epitome of a perfect doctor! The office staff and her nurses are equally wonderful! Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr Tift!

Dr. Tift is a awesome dermatologist. She was able to get the dandruff issues that ive had for years, under control. Also, I had something that looked like a chocolate chip on my arm. She removed it and my arm healed nicely. Thank you so much Dr. Rift!

Dr.Tift is a very good doctor, but beside being professional she is a wonderful human being. So kind, gentle, considerate, and understanding. I truly admire and respect a doctor that takes its time with the patient and expresses genuine concern. Thank you i wish more doctors are like you patient first and then about the money. Thank you again for saving me.
