It was excellent. I saw Dr Shinneman in the ER with an emergency situation complicated by many overlapping chronic conditions and each can make treating the others more risky. First and foremost, he LISTENED! He listened intently as I described my symptoms, and other relevant health information. He put me at ease, even though it was a truly emergent situation, and he was orchestrating all the appropriate tests & treatment while all this was going on. I felt I was in very safe, capable hands.
