I highly recommend Dr. Probst and TLC in Westchester! After recommendations from 3 family members, I was able to get in very quickly and the procedure was a breeze! I was pretty nervous for the surgery but he was so calm and made me feel at ease! My vision is better than ever, and I can't believe I put up with contacts for so long!

I had my surgery done in March and my vision has been wonderful ever since then. The staff was super helpful and nice. Dr Probst was great and had amazing bedside manner even when I was super nervous and felt scared. Overall I had a great experience and it was very much worth all my fears and nerves going in. I would very much recommend TLC to anyone ineterested.

Everything started out good. But 5 months post surgery my vision looks worse than it did when I wore contacts. I have chronic eye pain, dry eye, neuropathic pain, and light sensitivity. I also suffer from severe eye strain and headaches. Do yourself a favor and keep your glasses and contacts. As much of a hassle as they are at least they're safe.

I would give this less than 1 star. I had lasik about 6 months ago, distance vision was blurry from the getgo, hasn't changed 1 bit. 3 doctors I have spoken to at the facility keep making excuses and giving me a big fancy sounding speech, yet not fixed. I am still in contacts,, which I shouldn't be . It's cost me at least double what I originally paid, due to what I lost in wages having to come to appts every week and the nature of what I do for work, can't do certain things. Lawyer time!

Last year I had LASIK eye surgery. I thought that LASIK surgery was no longer problematic. I thought the people who complained about the surgery were crazy. It hasn't been nothing but problems. My vision, health, and finances have been ruined by this procedure. I am paying an exorbitant amount per month just to try to maintain my vision. I have a horrible prescribed regimen that barely helps and I have been in no way comfortable since having this. I wouldn't recommend this procedure. No stars

I actually had my LASIK done at the Madison TLC last weekend. Dr. Probst is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manner. He answers questions thoughtfully and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout your stay. He is excellent at calming nerves and offers alternatives to patients hesitant to get LASIK due to the corneal flap. I would recommend to my own family and friends.
