Rude and Lack of Comprehensive Care
I saw Dr. Pito in the ER after not waiting long at all to come in and was reprimanded for not coming sooner because of how valuable time was with my suspected condition. I then had to wait a full hour to get imaging and when the imaging came back negative I was given the answer of “this is negative and we don’t know what the issue is” with no suggestion on what to do about it next even after asking multiple questions about what else could be causing the pain I was experiencing, and still got no valuable information from him. This left me to try to research on my own and found many people with the same issue were given antibiotics, that was not mentioned whatsoever during my visit with Dr. Pito. Very disappointed in the quality of care I received here and am left still not sure what to do about my issue.
