Extremely Knowledgeable Practitioner
I've been now a patient of Dr Littman's for a number of years after having been under the care of psychiatrists since 1971. He's very sophisticated in psychopharmacology as he studied medicine after getting a pharmacy degree and now has lots of clinical experience. If there's a rare reaction to a drug, he's seen it in his practice. Also, he's kept an eye on my general health which none of my previous psychiatrists did and alerted me to a need to see a specialist. Highly recommend

Genuinely cares for the wellbeing of his patient
He is a very experienced doctor and prescribes meds very smartly with minimum possible side effects, I switched to him after my previous psych tried to put me on more meds. In a world where the more the better, Dr. Littman genuinely cares for the well-being of his patients. We found the best combination working for me and I did better physically and emotionally then I stopped one of the 2 major meds I was on with his advisory. He tries his best and doesn't stop till he finds the best possible combination.

This Quack simply co-signs people's delusions. He manages medication and does no therapy whatsoever.

At sixty-six and having been on medication for bipolar illness and mild OCD for decades, I did not think my life could get any better. Boy, was I wrong! Dr. Littman took me off of a medication I'd been on since 1995 and added a couple of inexpensive supplements. My mood is less blunted, so my feelings are more genuine. It's good to be more human.

Dr. Littman is excellent at figuring out the best combination of medications to manage my mental health. He is great at explaining why he is choosing a medicine and how it will work.

MY sister was seeing a psychiatrist who had her overmedicated to the point that she had tremors and could barely interact with people. Because Dr. Littman is an MD in psychiatry and doctorate in Pharmacology, he was able to immediately reduce her medications by identifying those that were really duplicated; he then put her on a plan to reduce the number of medications and the dosages as quickly and safely as possible. This man is AMAZING and he is brilliant!

Dr Louis Littman is an incredibly thorough physician. He is a great diagnostician, and very good a choosing medications. My life stopped spiraling out of control once he was at the helm. Though I will say that he is NOT the doctor to go to if you are seeking warmth.

Dr. Littman has been my psychiatrist for more than 10 years. At my first appointment, I was debilitated by major depressive disorder and PTSD. Moving through the day was exhausting and my life was slowly deteriorating. Within three months of seeing Dr. Littman, the clouds began to clear, my focus returned and I actually could laugh a bit.I have been stable the past decade. I continue to take medications as prescribed, see Dr. Littman twice a year and live abundantly.Thank you for saving my life.
