Horrible communication
I thought Dr McGill was very detailed but in the end trying to communication with the office staff and Dr McGill was just to frustrating. Calls would go unanswered, emails and app questions would go months without response. Just not worth the headaches

The front staff are awesome even when busy they take the time to get you taken care of asap. The entire staff are great from all my encounters PA S Buster and Corie I hope I spelled correctly are always happy to help and I at times can be very demanding Dr Mcguill very friendly. I really could go on and on bottom line if your looking for a place that you fell that you matter you found the right place.

Dr. McGill has expert knowledge and excellent relational and communication skills. She takes the time that it takes with me, without rushing. She gives me recommendations and information and leaves decisions to me. I appreciate her and her staff so much.

Like seeing a doctor, no student PAs or PAs...pay good money to see the doctor. Will say the student PA was nice but there was zero announcement or opportunity to decline student from coming in. This is opportunity for the MA to advise the patients that a student PA or doctor is on staff and will be coming in today to assist. Not be blindsided especially when there is already high anxiety from lack of communication.

I like Dr. McGill but have a very hard time getting an appointment with her, even when it's urgent. I've seen her PA and was not happy at all. May have to switch doctors at this point. As much as I like her, I need a doctor that can see me, not being passed off to a PA that doesn't listen, doesn't follow through and doesn't address the problem.
