In addition to her compassion, Dr. Dougherty is a wealth of knowledge and has provided excellent information, insight, and advice throughout my breast cancer journey.

She called me by my nickname. Love that!. She was very focused on me. She asked questions and shared good reassuring information. She is empathetic, kind and honest. She included me in making a plan. I like her very much

I have CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). Dr. Dougherty has successfully helped me cope with my CLL. During my recent visit we reviewed my detailed blood tests to determine my medicine (ibrutinib) is working effectively. For now I will stay the course until my next checkup.

Answered all my questions related to managing my blood clots and outlined clear next steps & goal to eventually get off blood thinners.

At first I thought Dr Dougherty was some what cold. During my second appointment I was very pleased and thought she was very pleasant and under standing. Maybe during the first appointment I was uneasy and amprehensive.

Very caring and easy to talk to. Answers questions and explains in detail.

Dr. Dougherty is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen to concerns and is very attenative. She was the right choice for this stage of my cancer journey.

Dr Dougherty is compassionate and really listens to your concerns and answers any questions you have. She is excellent in presenting the information to you on all aspects and what to expect moving forward with your care. I can honestly say, from the first time meeting with her, I trusted her and her team with my care!

I was referred to see Dr Dougherty, and Dr Dougherty alone, by another specialist I see for a very specific issue. Scheduling took weeks to get a call back and I had to message through the website twice in addition to calling.Once I had an appointment for a few weeks out I made sure to schedule my life around that time. The DAY BEFORE my appointment the office called and bumped me to a NP. They seemed annoyed when I pressed why and it turns out Dr Dougherty CHOSE to see a last minute patient and 'looked at my chart and decided an NP was fine'.No. I was referred to a specific doctor who doesn't think a new patient is worth her time and canceled the day before which in turn affected my general life. Alliance asked me to write a review of my visit which was laughable and I asked them to contact me regarding this but to no surprise they never did.Highly unprofessional all around but I will say the initial scheduler was lovely once she actually called me back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dockerty’s for the last couple of years and have nothing but the highest of praise for her and the entire staff of Alliance Cancer Center. They are all very professional and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr Dougherty took her time, explained everything in detail. She ordered test & blood work. Very pleasant personality.

It was very well done to talk to such a knowledgeable, well informed doctor. She took the time to explain everything. I felt as if I was in good hands.

When Dr. Daugherty learned that I chose to reschedule because i was assigned to see the nurse practitioner instead of herself, she called to ask if I was comfortable waiting a few weeks to see her or would like to come back that day. She said she could see me in about 45 minutes and spent what was probably her lunch break explaining what she thought my blood work would reveal and reassuring me that it did not look as if there is cause for immediate concern. Although this was a non-urgent appointment, I greatly appreciate her courtesy and attention.

My visit was informative. I felt comfortable to ask questions and got straight forward answers. I would recommend Dr. Dougherty she is a professional, knowledgeable and up to date on new innovations.

Dr. Dougherty treated my lymphoma. Anemia has vastly improved.
