I think Dr O’Young is great. I had plenty of time to talk to her about any of the concerns I had. She was very personable. I liked that she was a one woman show. She calls promptly with test results. I would definitely recommend her to friends or family.

Did regular check up and was charged copay, then was called to come back for results. Had to pay another copay, then schedule another procedure and was told insurance would cover it. Well they didn't. Then I was told I needed a much more expensive procedure and had to pay off the previous procedure within 30 days to get it done. Haven't been back. They also said no one I know can be seen due to a bill I should have never had.

VERY unprofessional! I felt very uncomfortable during the entire exam. I was given only a small paper sheet to drape over myself......it was way too small to cover my naked body. Any other GYN that I have seen provided a paper gown AND sheet. Then she proceeded to talk to me while I was only covered in this tiny sheet, not allowing me to get dressed before we talked. I will be looking for a new doctor!

She was very unprofessional....talking mainly about the problems she has getting paid from insurance companies. Very empty office, makes you wonder why, I did not see another patient there anytime during my visit.

Very inconsiderate, rude, and does not listen to what you're telling her. I don't think she has a clue what she's talking about. Currently looking for a new doctor because I will not be returning.

Odd office setting!!! Dr. O'Young apparently has no office staff. She was the receptionist and doctor. Very strange feeling having your doctor playing all roles. It was my first visit and my last.
