This woman has no heart, I'm not even sure why she's a doctor. My wife was involved in a terrible car accident in the winter of 2020. Another car hit her head on, every airbag in the car went off, and an ambulance took her to the ER. Thankfully she didn't have any lacerations or broken bones, just soft tissue damage and a concussion. When we went into see Dr. Zimmer a few days after the accident, Dr. Zimmer didn't ask any details about the accident, and she was shocked when we asked for a Dr. note for my wife to take a week off work to heal. Dr. Zimmer seemed to think my wife could go back to work later that week. She said, "well you can get that from the Chiro". My lawyer who I hired for the car accident, also mentioned to me to 'not' let my wife see a chiropractor, my wife needed PT. When I mentioned this to her, she was annoyed. She insisted my wife see the chiropractor, and he ended up making her worse. Two years later, and my wife still isn't back to 100%.

Lacks Empathy
Both my wife and I had initial visits with Dr. Zimmers and we both found her to lack empathy. I will not be seeing her again.

She has been very helpful to me, listens well, then carefully explains the condition and treatment options. She asks good questions and is accurate in her diagnosis. I trust her which is important with between a doctor/patient relationship and your health.

I was looking fora no-nonsense, straight talking doctor who will provide me with honest information (and without "sugar coating" the information) and that is exactly what she is. Knowledgeable, friendly, authentic, and with sensible/practical information. She is exactly what the "doctor ordered". I am very pleased with her professionalism and interpersonal skills. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Zimmers to anyone. It was clear from the incomplete blood work she requested that she had NOT LISTENED to me when I explained my concerns, personal med history and family history. She then had to request additional blood work...twice, because didn't get the whole picture the first time and missed things because she didn't listen or review my history. Her review of the results was even wrong. Ended up taking my tests to a dr who actually takes the time to do her job!
