My body went haywire after 7 spider bites one night. Benign lympoid hyperplasia---diagnosis from my dermotologist's biopsy. Allergy doctor provided topical meds for allergy rashes, helpful in the short term and useless in the long term, awaiting a patch test. I was never going to make it. Third doctor was Dr. Lori Zimmerman who said I think I can help. I jumped for it. Her allergy reduction treatments were simple, effective, and what I needed. An alternative medical methodology loosely based on QiGong. In addition to the reduction of symptoms, she easily discovered the offending substances causing my allergy reactions. It included a medication! I am so very grateful that Dr. Zimmerman has the experience to effectively treat patients like myself. She was a godsend. I highly recommend!

I don't understand the negative reviews. My wife and I, as well as any people that I have referred, have always been treated well, listened to, and cared for. Dr. Zimmerman is knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. I continue to trust her for all my medical needs, or at least her recommendations for care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for years now and have always had a great experience. If she can’t treat my situation, she’s happy to refer me to someone who can. I appreciate that.

Dr. Zimmerman is very thorough in checking to see what is the issue. She is also very kind and cares about her patients. I don’t feel like I’m just a number when I see her and her staff. They are all very kind and sincere. If you are looking for a family doctor, I would highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Zimmerman?
Dr. Zimmerman does not have a patient-centered attitude. She lacks time management skills. She was inattentive to the nurse's notes and overlooked my concerns. She is not a good listener and talks too much leaving no time for patient questions or concerns.

Not good . I've never had a Dr. tell me that they didn't have time for me. After spending 40min waiting on her she gave me 5min of her time and pawned me off to another dr.

I really wanted to like Dr. Zimmerman because I'd heard such good things about her, but perhaps her dedication to her practice is declining. A few months ago I came to her with a GI issue and she spent little time listening to me or analyzing the situation. She spent about 5 minutes with me then put me on an antibiotic (which ultimately made my condition much worse) and totally missed what I found out the issues were later on with another doctor. I went into her recently with a spider/tick bite

Dr. Zimmerman has been my doctor for a little over 5 years. She is a great Dr. and treats your symptoms naturally instead of giving you drugs to mask them. She specializes in the things that are important to me like hormone testing, mutation testing, food allergies etc. Dr. Zimmerman truly cares about her patients and looks at the whole picture when she is trying to diagnose and treat you. I have recommended Dr. Zimmerman to all of my friends.
