"Doctor Lori (she told me to call her Lori, not Doctor Russo so I have settled on Doctor Lori) looks very young and is reserved but as soon as she begins her evaluation she instills nothing but professionalism and confidence. You can tell she has thoroughly went through your whole chart and has paid attention to every little detail. She is compassionate and calm when the situation can be stressful. "
