Dr. Lori Pickrell, MD

She is sincerely the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life, and I’ve been to plenty: I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor ever. She does nothing but refer you to other people, and makes mocking and snide comments to you in the few moments she spends with you. She really needs to find another profession. It’s clear she doesn’t care about what she does or the people she does it for. If you look at her eating on integris portal (why I even booked with her in the first place) she has a great rating. But, you will also see no new ratings can be added and no telling if those are even real or how old they are, because CLEARLY, if you look at her ones on other sites like this one MANY are saying what I’ve said her if her.It’s time for her to leave the medical field or get some serious training on proper bedside manner and treatment of patients. She’s just awful!

Very informative and friendly

I think Dr. Pickrell is a very able physician who listens to my concerns and takes the needed time to care for me well. She also was my husband's doctor until he died, and he liked her very much, as I do.

She the worst dr I have ever seen!!!!! She is rude not professional and bedside has lot to desire!!!!! She is very indifferent and could care less what You do and she will tell that to your face!!! She puts STRONG emphasis on indifference!!! I do not recommend very strongly!!!!! I will not ever go back to see this rude doctor !!! She is a waste of my time!!!!!! I have zero respect for as a person and zero respect for her as a doctor!!!! She is a big of my time for her!!!!! I recommend you stay away and do not waste your time like I did!!!!!

she does a great job of listening and making sure you get the proper care

I went in about my foot hurting she didn't even touch my foot. I didn't even take my shoes off, she just referred me out. Went in today about my knee I asked her if it looked swollen to her and she asked me was it bigger than my other knee, and referred me out. I guess I just need to skip the middle man and refer myself. She spins all of 5 min. with you. flies in and then flies out. I will not go back.

Dr.Pickrell and her staff were very nice. After the visit, I got a bill for $500!! I called the office and the billing department and no one could seem to explain to me why I was charged such an outrageous fee. I was told this was the standard charge for an office call!! She didn't even as much as listen to my lungs and spent about 15 minutes with me. I will not be back.

Dr. Pickrell was my primary care physician for a few years. She no longer is. My experience was that she is much more focused on her own bottom line than she is on her patients' welfare. Office visits were always rushed, and she always seemed to just want to leap to the easiest diagnosis and write a prescription rather than really listening to my concerns. When I tried to book an appointment after not have been in for over a year, I was told I would have to be processed as a "new patient." $450!

My experience with Dr. Pickrell was nothing but positive. She took time to listen to my concern, helped explain a new medication I was interested in, explained the dosage level and the commonality of the dosage. Dr. pickrell was very friendly and genuinely listened to my concerns. She presented herself as a genuine person, not a stuffy white coat Dr who isn't concerned with the human side of medicine. Dr. Pickrell is the BEST Dr. I've ever experienced, even.

Dr. Pickrell needs training in communication skills and patient centered care. She actually got angry at my calm request for a harmless refill and left the room stating "I'm not going to talk about this anymore ... I will call the refill in." Then she passive aggressively called in only a few tablets with a much lower dosage than I have been using for 30 years to manage symptoms. I was trying to change to a doctor closer to home but that did not work. I have never been treated so badly by Dr.
