Disgusted
Was very disturbed and disgusted by the doctor's long nails and zero gloves! The nurses we're rude and unprofessional swearing in the hallways. Nobody introduced themselves. Both doctor and nurses had long hair hanging down. Very unclean environment.

My appt, was 11/16. Dr. Jurgens, had a great attitude before my daughters wisdom teeth extraction. Her post surgery attitude changed! We went back to her because of pain and she said to my daughter, "you worry a lot." Her assistant entered first, with no introduction. I had to ask her, who she was. She had a very bad attitude. I told her that I wanted to speak to Dr. Jurgens. She came in and they both were impatient and rude. I would never go back there!

Very rude bedside manner. Gave me novicaine without using numbing gel first. When asked for the numbing gel, she put it there for about 2 mins, and proceeded to give me novicaine again when it still wasn't numb. Extracted my tooth without explaining the procedure nor asked me how I was doing during. Asked to rinse my mouth after novocaine given dye to bitter taste. No sink and both the assistants demanded I swallow it.
