Dr. Lori Boyajian Oneill, DO

Dr. Lori A. Boyajian-O’Neill treated me following a brain trauma injury with some internal bleeding that left me unconscious for several minutes in January 2019. She was my primary treating physician along with other professionals including a neurosurgeon at Overland Park Regional Hospital for quite some time. She was always very caring and addressed all of my issues including arranging for cognitive therapy and physical therapy as needed. I always felt like I was getting the best care possible from her, the neurosurgeon and all the staff that treated me over several weeks and months.

I was left without any provider to transfer me since boyajian o neill was leaving her practice thanks to Megan her receptionist and Megan would not tell me where she was going too although Dr boyajian o neill was good at her job its sad I don't have a sports medicine doctor to go to thanks to Megan the receptionist Megan is the worst person I dealt with in the office and refusing my requests to fill my prescriptions on time and I paid that money to her I hope this is a wake up call thanks to you megan

Talks over you during your appt. Wasn’t prepared at my last video visit and read my last MRI from over a month ago and became somewhat insulted when I questioned what she was saying. I asked if she was even looking at the right report, which she was not. Said she hadn’t gotten it when it clearly states on the MRI company website that it is sent to them before posted on the site for the patient. I literally had to read it to her while she was whispering to her transcriptionist “to find those images” at one point asked if I had had an injection in it previously, to which I responded, yes by you at my last face to face appt. I talked about my thigh pain. Wanted X-rays of my back which I already had. But I have two significant tears in my hip that can cause thigh pain. Also as per usual there is no referral for ortho in there and I just want to go to Rockhill.. it was not a cyst. I called Element. It’s a tear. She would have know if she was prepared for my appt.

Dr Lori really listens. I have been going to her for years. She has worked hard to improve my life . She finally got down to the correct diagnosis and we’ve been working very hard with P.T. I came to Dr Lori with wrong diagnoses and several other things.All I can say is she’s a gem. Professional and polite.

The doctor was very nice and professional. She explained everything so that I understood.

Dr Boyajian-oneill actually listened to me! She was kind, caring and gave me explanations about my symptoms that I needed.

Very friendly and she made me feel comfortable right from the start. She truly seems to care about your well being. I like the way she explains things in the simplest terms. A very nice lady.

She really listens suggest treatments for fast recovery I truly appreciate her.

Just wanted to let folks be aware of Lori Boyajian-O'Neill, MD Overland Park Surgical Specialists & Sports Medicine 12200 West 106th Street Ste 400 Overland Park, KS 66215 913-541-5500 Was involved in a rear end accident that has produced Concussion systems and was referred by Dr. Wesley Nash to see Dr. Lori - Found the Doctor to be very interested in my accident and answered a lot of questions on her own without actually asking her first. The wife also was introduced to Dr. Lori and came away very impressed. She has referred me to see a Therapy Specialist and a Eye-doctor Specialist to help ease headaches and pressure from the forehead caused by the accident and have a follow-up visit scheduled with her. Would recommend anyone with Concussion systems to pay Dr. Lori a visit. You will find her complete staff very knowledgeable and ready to help anyway they can.

Dr. Lori is compassionate and thoughtful. She is also a bundle of enthusiasm and is determined to help me recover from a concussion. She has knowledge of many possible symptoms tangentially related to post-concussion problems and referred me to an outstanding ear surgeon who solved a hearing problem other doctors said I would just have to live with. She has made a huge difference in my quality of life.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Friendly staff, very short waiting time and very professional personnel. Dr Boyajian-Neil was very thorough and explained everything in a manner I could understand.

Comprehensive and attentive patient care

I want to start by saying I APPRECIATE DR. LORI! She was a definite angel to take care my mom! My mother was in an accident and was fighting to get treatment for about 6/7 months after. After being referred to Dr. Lori she got things on the ball; from therapy to special glasses my mom needed for her concussion! When I say Dr Lori presence just brightens your whole mood, it’s true!! God couldn’t have pick another person to do her job! I’m so thankful for her being so kind and generous to my mom and family! She greets you with love and make sure the whole family is okay during and after the visits! I’m just thankful for the overall experience we have had with Dr Lori! My mom/we are beyond bless for someone who loves and take there practice serious! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU DR LORI AND YOUR TEAM????

Everyone keeps telling me that Dr. O’Neill is the best but I’m not impressed at all. She talked over me both visits and her office doesn’t follow through with referrals to therapies that Dr. O’Neill recommends. Haven’t found her or her staff to be helpful at all. Sadly disappointed.

She was wonderful and very caring! I only have one small issue and that is I called and left a message on the nurse line on Friday morning and I didn’t hear anything back before the weekend. The doctor may not take calls on Friday and I was just unaware but I would have liked to hear from at least someone before the weekend. But besides that the entire office was very friendly!

She is always understanding and nice. The most knowledgeable doctor I've been too.

Dr. Boyajian-O’Neill and her staff were so nice and very professional. Would definitely recommend her doctors office.
