Amazing experience giving birth
Dr. Bluvas delivered my son in 2021 and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I switched to her from my previous OB, when I started to feel like my first doctor wasn’t listening or caring about my birth plan. I picked Dr. Bluvas and Freyja clinic after speaking with a few different doctors. She really listened, she took her time in the appointment, and she’s really laid back and not uptight like some doctors. Plus she has a sense of humor. She made me feel comfortable and eased my worries. Shortly before my due date the baby was in the wrong position and I was panicking and she assured me that it was very likely he would get right into position when it was go time, which he did. At the hospital she maintained her laid back attitude, and my birth went exactly as planned. Not to mention Sequoia Hospital is a great place to give birth and stay for a couple days. Talk about lavish! Celebratory fruit and cheese platter with sparkling cider in a champagne glass? Yes please!
