Good doctor. Horrible support staff.
Very good doctor. Unfortunately, her staff is not. Trying to communicate with her is virtually impossible. Billing is totally screwed up - absolute failure at providing proper paperwork to insurance companies, and then try to bill the patient for 100% of fees instead of properly filling out forms.

She leaves the impression that she is genuinely concerned about her patients. One doesn't feel terribly rushed when in her care. She seems to be quite thorough and knowledgeable. The only negative: we have on occasion found it very difficult to reach her office on the telephone.

She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Takes her time and explains what’s going on and how she plans on dealing with the problem. Getting an appointment is never a problem. I switched to her after my wife started going to her.

Dr Austin is extremely knowledgeable and when she is in the office with you it feels as if you are the only patient she has. She is firm but never condescending. We have recommended her to many friends and everyone loves her!
