Disappointing
Initial appointment went well. The doctor was nice and came up with a good plan. However, she ordered labwork for me and has yet to review the results. I’ve followed up three times in over a week and still haven’t heard back. I also received a bill for a 45-minute appointment even though she met with me for less than 20. The billing department was not able to provide an explanation. Unacceptable.
What went well
  • Listened & answered questions
  • Explained conditions well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
