Dr. Jones takes the time to answer questions and provides clear and understandable answers. Dr. Jones is able to discuss all aspects of urology and also patient options to resolve symptoms. Dr. Jones takes interest in you as a person.

He cares about meeting and getting to know you before your procedure. I had a vasectomy and he did it quickly which was nice. Talked to me throughout the procedure. My recovery has been great, which I think is a testament to his skills and experience. I really have no negatives about my experience with Dr. Jones. Seems like a cool guy in general; I'd buy him a beer if I ever saw him again outside the office.

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor and very straightforward. However, the office customer service needs a lot work. You can never speak to anyone when you call. They confuse appointment dates. Prescription refills are not filled timely and the response time via the portal is virtually nonexistent. When visiting the office and while waiting to see the doctor in one of the exam rooms the staff is extremely loud and talking about personal issues using language (cussing) that is unprofessional. The office environment is not professional.

I wanted to take this time to thank Dr. Jones and his entire staff including the surgery team. I was treated with extreme care and everyone was so supportive. He is very knowledgeable and handled my situation with urgency which basically, I consider, saved my life. Thank you to all and I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone close to me.

Dr Jones is a very good listener, thinks very quick on feet, went over all complaints and questions I had from the last 6 months. He ordered test that should be done on me every 6 months, plus some extra for some kidney and urological concerns I have had over the past few months. He has a good hand shake and gave me some good advice to go. A real good team member of my health care providers.Thanx Dr Jones

Dr. Jones has taken care of my needs each visit. Leave knowing where my situation stands, with plan and next appointment. Dr. Jones is very nice, other staff is attentive making a pleasant office visit.

Was able to get an appointment within 2 days of requesting one.

I recently had a Green Light Laser procedure for BPH that was performed by Dr Jones. I have not seen this doctor since the day of the surgery before the procedure (didn't even see him in recovery). Haven't seen him since. I never had a surgery and the doctor never wanted a follow up appointment to check on the healing progress or the results of the procedure. Explanation of the procedure and what to expect afterwards was lacking in detail. His demeanor during office visits was seemingly apathetic and he had little to no empathy. I definitely regret the decision of letting this doctor operate on me. I will not return to Urology Austin or this doctor's office.

Dr Jones and his PA Max Braunstein were fantastic. Took great care of me after a failed procedure from another dr and months of suffering and 2 infections. Took over, ran tests and scheduled surgery.

Dr. Loren Jones is the absolute best there is at what he does. I give him full credit for performing an emergency PCNL to save my life during the peak of covid in 2020. He also performed a bilateral ureteroscopy and made the experiences as easy and as comfortable as possible for me. When you're in a vulnerable position, being taken care of by a competent, kind, detail-oriented and experienced medical team is paramount. Years later, despite my best efforts, I couldn't find a urologist that I could trust in FL to remove some large stones. So, I booked a flight to TX. Dr. Jones and his team bent over backwards to make everything happen as seamlessly as possible. I can't stress how incredibly easy everyone is to work with and the quality of care really is 2nd to none. Experience, intelligence, high ethics and always keeping up with the latest medical advancements - Dr. Jones checks every box. Rest assured, you are definitely in the best hands with him and his team at Urology Austin.

This was new to me, Dr. Jones explained the procedure. Was prompt in conducting the surgery, explained complication since I take blood thinners. I had to return to the hospital for a complication that was not his fault and he remedied the situation with the best and effective way to correct the problem. He was very prompt in his return times. He is trusted in the care of his patients.

Not very empathetic and yawned throughout the appointment. He did the bare minimum and told me to come back a month later (my issue got progressively worse and I went through other urologists)

As usual Dr. Jones was informative in our discussion and I left the appointment with a comfort and no worries about the path forward.

Great facility with a great caring team. This facility is a well runned office. And most importantly, Dr. Jones was awesome and really listened to my concern.

Hi I went to see Dr Jones and the staff at the Round Rock office and they help me with a problem that really I didn't know I was having so I went there for one thing and they found something else and I feel like a different man I would highly recommend the Urology team

Dr. Loren, on-call at St. Davids hospital.. Recommended treatment without even looking at CT. Stated he could get lithotripsy scheduled same day, then stated on on Friday and then finally stated his office would call me next week. 10mm kidney stone horrible pain. Placed stent - did not check on me after procedure, did not return nurses calls, did not prescribe adequate post-op pain meds. In bed, in horrible pain. Happy I was able to get an appointment with a different doctor in the morning.

On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd give Dr. Jones and his group a 12 ... Over the top ... Thanks guys and Merry Christmas.

Dr Jones has been my urologist for a number of years. He and the staff are always excellent and expeditious. I quite like the "no nonsense" way of getting things done. They even squeezed me in at the Round Rock location when there was no room at Jollyville location.
