Wonderful, professional, caring and very thorough. She asked a lot of questions and followed thru with treatment, explaining everything along the way. What a great Dr to have by my side during this traumatic time.

Dr. Jones-McClure was my physician for several years, and I was very happy with her as a physician. She left private practice for a few years, or she still would be my doctor. She took time to listen to me, and never made me feel like I was wasting her time, or just another patient. She was open and told it like it was, which I appreciate. If her office will accept my insurance, I will once again be a patient. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

She's careless, dismissive, inattentive and rude. She excused her actions by saying, Welcome to holiday healthcare and at one point even held her hand up in my father's face and raised her voice to interrupt him. A very sick man. As a nurse myself, I respect doctors and I hold them to a reasonable standard, but I saw nothing redeeming about Dr. Jones. Not as a practitioner, not as a person. I have since recommended that people not admit to Ball and if they do, not allow her to care for them.
