Attention to Patient
Dr. Warsch takes his time to explain each step throughout the procedure. His light humor takes my mind off the additional pain I have to endure to get some relief. Even when his staff tries to keep him on time I never feel like he's rushed. Carla is also such a delight and they work well together. I would and have already recommended him.

Dr watch visit aug 27 2024
I have been seeing Dr Watch for years and am always very happy with my visits. For awhile during the ownership turnover the waiting room was crowded and wait long but my last few visits I had no wait at all. I love their new system. I’m extremely grateful to be 90 years old and have the opportunity for Dr Warsch to help ease my pain. He is the best!!!

Did the job that others failed
Near perfect. I had a very bad sore neck that I had no mobility. Couldn't drive because I could not turn my neck. Dr. Robinson recommended Resolute Pain.. Two trials for the insurance co and two tries at fixing my neck and nothing happed except my pain, pain scale 8-10, continued. Just happened that my next try with the scheduled doctor was cancelled and Dr. Warsch stepped in. My lucky day. Since the procedure I have had some popping of arthritics in my neck but the pain is now down to a 1-2. That was 14 months ago. I am forever grateful to Dr. Warsch

1st Knee Injection
This was my first appointment with Dr. Warsch. I was taken back early and left the procedure room minutes after my scheduled appointment. He was professional and efficient, explaining the procedure beforehand and as he performed it, he would ask if I was OK as he proceeded. After it was done I had to ask questions about what happens now, but he provided the information regarding the next procedure and suggested an alternative option in depth, including handouts about it. My one complaint, the actual injection procedure follow-up instructions I received were terrible, a black smudged mess, virtually impossible to read with good closeup vision (they need to be retyped.) Other than that, I was very satisfied with the visit.

The Absolute Worst
Never in my life have I been talked down to the way I was during my appointment. I wouldn’t let this doctor near me anywhere. He’s not compassionate in any way, shape or form, and is absolutely clueless about the needs of patients.

Given misinformation on multiple occasions
On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information by this office. Had to wait several days to wait for the doctor to sign the documentation required by the insurance company so that I could receive my medication. The doctor did not inquire about the history of my injury or ask any other questions upon meeting me for the first time. The lack of understanding and empathy made me feel like a number instead of a patient. The worst offense was today, when the NP directly lied to me regarding a medication.

Felt disrespected. Bathroom doors don't lock. Attitudes like they were doing me a favor. Felt judged and treated as an addict just seeking drugs. Ive been on controlled rx for years moved ran out and unable to gain comfort. After much prayer I cancelled my follow up.

Skeptical at first…
At first I was frustrated - recently moved from out of state, been on controlled pain meds for nearly 15 years and Dr Warsch wouldn’t fill them. But he gave me very clear instructions on what I needed to do so he could help me. After get my new in-state drivers license, some X-rays, and my medical records shared with him, he was able to do exactly what I needed. He’s been very professional and very transparent which I appreciate and his staff and Nurse Practitioners are all friendly and a pleasure to work with. I now know that we, as pain management patients, need to do our research and fully understand local regulations before expecting a doctor to put their license on the line.

Why is he a Pain Medicine Specialist?
I have been using pain medicine for over 20 years. Not that I want to I have no choice. I have NEVER done one thing wrong when it comes to my medication. My neurologist sent me to this doctor to prescribe my medication. They made me wait 4 weeks to get in to see them so I was totally out of medication by then. This so-called Medicine Specialist would not prescribe my medication. He gave me no reason. He did not care one iota that I would be very very sick. Doesn't the Oath state do no harm? To me what he did was harm me. So that is not a good doctor. Why is it that when it comes to Pain Management some of the doctors have gotten such a God complex, they love the fact they control your life and could care less if they are helping you or not? In final conclusion, I think very little of Dr. Warsch. After being married to a doctor and working in the medical field he is one the worst.

I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Warsch for three months and I am beside myself with joy at the pain relief He has been able to give me. Especially after another PSL doctor was not able to do what Dr. Warsch has accomplished. His staff at PSL and Stuart have been wonderful. My thanks to all who have contributed to my care.
