Dr. Loann Trinh, DO

I went in for emergency at Westlake Medical Center around 6:15 pm. I was admitted by Dr. Carolina Velez. My condition got under control within 15 minutes. Dr. Velez told me that they'll keep me until around 8:30 for observation to make sure. Dr. Velez's shift ended at 7 pm and the incoming physician was Dr. Loann Trinh. During the turnover, Dr. Trinh questioned Dr. Velez several times why Dr. Velez had to inform the patient when the patient will be discharged. My condition had been under control. I was staying for observation. What bothered me was not just the questioning part. It was how she was questioning the outgoing physician. Her tone of voice was totally unsatisfactory. I watched and heard their entire conversation. On top of that, Dr. Trinh did not even speak to me, not even look at me once, prior and when I was discharged. I was the only patient at that ER and it is relatively a small ER facility. Dr. Trinh was glued in front of the computer monitor.

I've gone to Dr. Trinh many times over the last two years. She makes all patients feel at ease. She healed me in no time every time I had an ailment. If you can wait an hour (the only drawback of her office), then she is well worth the wait. I would call in advance and ask when and at what time she will be in the office.

I will never recommend this doctor because the staff is rude, unprofessional, untrained, and lazy. I went to at least 5 office visits in a two week period and Dr. Trinh was never in the office. If any one asked questions they were rude and disrespectful. Often times bad mouthing the clients as soon as they walked out the door. The office was clean but the staff makes the place uncomfortable and unfriendly. Severely over priced to be diagnosed by a CNA. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
