Caring Doctor, Caring Staff
At first glance this looked like an efficient big business. Looking closer, I found it to be a very efficiently-run office, with kind and caring people who treated every patient like they were friends. Dr. Ramsey was wonderful in listening and explaining the diagnosis and treatment.

Not a good experience
The appointment took 2 months to get because I was a new patient. Once there, the staff were all friendly and professional. Dr Ramsey however was a different story. She rushed into the room, sat down and wanted to know what cataract procedure I wanted so she knew what procedure to do. I had questions and concerns about the surgery. I started to ask something and she interrupted and demanded I tell her right then what procedure I wanted. My surgery was tentatively scheduled for the following week. I cancelled it. I want a Dr who will take the time to explain things and answer questions especially where my eyes are concerned. Some of the staff could have probably answered my questions, but they weren't the ones that were going to be operating on my eyes. I'm "old school" I want to have confidence in the Dr operating on me. I want to look into their eyes and feel they understand my concerns and address them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend her or Swagel Wooten
