Phenomenal!!!
I’m absolutely floored that anyone could leave 1 star for Dr. Hsieh and leave no comments to back it up. Dr. Hsieh has treated 2 of my boys for a rare disease for the past 13 years so I feel more than qualified to give an accurate review. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, has an excellent bedside manner, listens fully to patients and parents. She truly considers how a child’s diagnosis and treatment affects not only the patient, but also the family as a whole. She welcomes questions and open conversation and always includes the child in the discussions. She works hard to find a balance with physical health and mental wellbeing. I trust her with my boys lives completely and have never had reason to doubt her incredible abilities. She’s made me a more confident advocate for my kids and is also encouraging them be their own advocates. They always know they’re in a safe space to have honest conversations with her. We could never thank her enough for all she’s done for our family!!
