What set out she was never there diagnosed with cancer and she was never there never gave me any recommendations never called to see if I was okay she went on vacation

1 star is too much for this so called “doctor.” Unprofessional, uncaring dictator who started telling my parents that their specialists prescribe ineffective treatment.

Dr Buell is the best doctor I have ever had in my 76 years. She is thorough, friendly, keeps me informed, and has been vital in keeping me healthy, active and well at my age!

She does not listen to what you are saying. She would not let me see any specialists, specialists I was already seeing. She said she could handle everything, and what they told me we was wrong. She had raised her voice so loud to prove her point, and was so close to me that I started crying and she still wouldn't stop. Now, I want to have surgery on my foot to releive a lot of pain I am in, and she is refusing to let me have it. It is her word that rules, like a Dictator. If I didn't have to give her 1 star, I wouldn't.

Dr. Buell always takes the time to go over all the details of my bloodwork and provides me with resources to get my health back on track. She is the only doctor to get my high BP under control and it had remained that ways for quite some time. I sure wish I had her as my doctor sooner but glad I have her now! Dr. Buell is the best doctor I ever had.

Prescribed a bunch of meds that don’t work instead of taking time to assess and treat patients

Every time I made an appt. to see Dr. Buell the staff would call a few days before and reschedule because the doctor was "out of town"..This went on for 4 years. Having enough of this nonsense, I changed my pcp. Got a great one this time!

My 1st visit for my primary care physician was devastating to me. I was told that I only had minor arthritis and that I was to young to be disabled. I was also told that all my previous doctors did not treat me correctly in that I will no longer be getting any surgeries. I have had 8 in the past. I was also told that I will not be allowed to have any referrals to specialists that she will be handling everything from here on out. This was devastating to me because I didn't realize that my plan was gonna limit me to only one doctor. She also changed multiple medications going off of a 10 month old blood work. I'm gonna give Humana gold plus 1 more try by changing my physician for next month. Hopefully I won't have to change plans to be able to get a referral to a specialist in the future.

Had two visits same day - first and last. Dictator. Changed my treatment to much less convenient with out my consent or even telling me. Simply terminated home health care, unilaterally.

The support staff here are good and the Dr does spend time with you. In our case, it was talking in circles as she denied diagnostics, denied specialist referrals, and refused to script commonly used medications when medically necessary. Very authoritarian style of practice. She does not tolerate the patient having an opinion in thier own care. This doc is ok for preventative care but absolutely awful during a health crisis. She made an already stressful situation so much worse.

Dr Buell and her staff are awesome! She spends time with you to explain your condition and options for treatments. She knows which meds that are covered under your plan or finds out so that there's no big surprises at the pharmacy. The office follows up after sick visits to make sure you are feeling better or not. The reminder calls before visits are a good thing. I very happy to have her taking care of me!

Dr Buell is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable, and patient. I have never experienced any of the issues people are raising in these reviews and am rather surprised by them. She is dedicated to my health, and keeps me on my toes about it. If that’s rude, then thank you for that! Her office and staff are superior and have been with her for ages which I appreciate being able to see the same people every time I go there. Never have waited long to get in

The best doctor and staff I’ve seeing! Knowledgeable, polite and very timely!

She doesn't listen to anything I say because she knows everything. That's the main problem with this Dr. I only consider her advice when it agrees with my experiences.

Very friendly professional staff who are very efficient and organized! The best I have seen in decades in a doctor's office. Dr. Buell and her staff genuinely care about their patients! Dr. Buell is very attentive and asks all the pertinent questions. She practices preventative health and is not a pill pusher as most other doctors tend to be these days. I am very happy I found her!

After I was accepted as a new patient in dr.Liudmila Buell practice the nurse had changed my scheduled appointments tree times without my consent.She finally kicked me out of dr.Buell patients list 45 minutes before scheduled appointment for no reason and without explanation. I have lost 5 months waiting for an appointment. She said dr.Buell directed her to do so. The reason,I think,was that I am over 65 and on Madicare..

Worst experience ever! I asked her for an alternative antibiotic for my husband as the one he was prescribed had a side effect of neuropathy, a condition my husband suffers from as a diabetic. Her response was totally ill-informed. She insisted the medication did not cause neuropathy and was the best medicine for his UTI. But then I learned the FDA has a BLACK BOX WARNING on this medication as it can cause irreversible nerve damage and neuropathy, and retinal detachment! Ignorant and dangerous!!

I like Dr. Buell very much. Good advice & she seems to want to keep me alive forever. Always feel better after consulting with her. No problems with any of the requirements listed here either.

Dr. Buell was very nice, however she talked over me, changed some medications from my previous doctor and did not ask my input, explain her reasons, or offer alternatives. I did not feel I was a part of my own treatment team, which is very important to me.

Would not recommend She has a heavy accent. Not willing to prescribe needed medication. She put false information in medical record. She is not a good listener.
