0 stars...I made an appt for an annual physical as required by my job but after repeating myself over and over, then completing the office visit, they billed me for something else. I've spent most of the year fighting with the dr. office and Access Health to correct the billing issue since it was coded incorrectly. After numerous calls to Access and the dr. office, and visits back to them to find out how to get the billing fixed, it still hasn't been. Everyone I spoke with, including the regional manager (during one of my visits to the office) told me it would be corrected. After 9 months of trying to get them to fix this and continuing to receive bills, I just paid it. I did this solely so it wouldn't be sent to collections and ruin my credit. The shady business practices, lack of professionalism, and lie after lie from Dr. Lissa Jean Pierre's office and Access are absolutely astounding to me. I will never go back to see her, or any other dr. within the Access healthcare group.

Very Thorough
I moved here a few months ago from California and I like Dr. Jean-Pierre very much. She gave me a very thorough exam, did great follow-up with me and caught that the lab didn't test everything she requested. I feel I'm in good hands.
