I came here for lyme and gut issues. Gut issues were barely addressed, lyme and bartonella never got better. Found out I was dealing with mold. When I approached Dr. Z she said that wasn't possible. I got tested for CIRS by another doctor which showed I had 2 genes that made it hard for my body to get rid of mold. I was doing junk removal at the time, in and out of houses some of which had mold, as well as a previous job doing demolition that she was fully aware of. She never tested me for mold even when I brought this to her attention. Since being out of work my brain fog has improved and I'm able to write this now because of that. We ended up wasting time and about $30k. My last visit she told me I would need to take her BAH test. I told her I didn't believe in it. She said she needed me to take it so she knew how to treat me going forward. Reluctantly I did just for her to come back and say she couldn't do anything else for me. She would have known that before I took the test.

Dr. Z pushes ozone and silver IV's on patients and will relentlessly suck you dry financially even if her treatments dont work. Will not prescribe antibiotics even if they cause dramatic improvement. Prepare to spend 750 dollars A WEEK during initial treatment. Dr. Z will not listen to how you feel and your response to treatment, she will tell you that she is correct and that her energy testing is law. Literally did not feel anything after spending 10k on treatment but she says you must continue she is correct. Don't even bother telling her what you think or how you feel because she will not listen and will continue to make you do IVs for months to years. She will tell you you will not get better unless you listen to her. They don't want you talking to other patients in the office because once you do you realize that many have been in treatment for years, spend 50k or more, and no success. One woman I talked to spent 56k on 70 IVs to realize lyme was not her problem.

I highly recommend Dr Zimmermanm . I see some posts that the dosent give long term antibiotics. Not true I had a severe case she gave me long term antibiotic she worked very hard to get me well. She is the expert and every case is different I did two long term rounds of iv antibiotics . In the end it was her herbal treatments ozone and peroxide that made me well. She will work her tail off until she finds a solution I am very grateful I found her.

While Dr. Zimmerman is an amazing doctor and very understanding, her office staff is not. They can be very rude and short with you and any communication to Dr. Zimmerman goes through her office manager first. Unless your email or phone call is an absolute emergency deemed by her office manager, good luck trying to get in touch with Dr. Zimmerman.

Left another "LLMD" to go to her after some recommendations from someone. At first things started off good, and the doctor had an explanation for EVERYTHING. I got off antibiotics and started on herbals that I had to buy from her. Then when those didn't work I did her IV peroxide (then later) IV Silver. And she was basing all the treatments on a "BAH" test that costs like $200 and is an "energetic" test that's BS. Went to another doc and found out I don't have Lyme disease. Scammer!

This doctor does not prescribe long term antibiotics to treat lyme disease. This information is not included on her website and it definitely should be or it should be communicated to new patients making an appointment to see her for lyme disease. This information was communicated to me at my second appointment. I would have not seen her if I knew this. I feel I was a bit mislead by the omission of this very important information. She treats lyme disease with supplements you purchase from her.

I have metastatic cancer in my liver and the chemotherapy I am receiving is not working to shrink the tumors. When I contacted Dr. Zimmerman's office to make an appointment, I was advised that she does not take any insurance for the IV ozone therapy. I said that I am willing to pay cash. She then asked me what type of insurance I do have and when I told her Medicare, she refused to give me an appointment. Poor customer service and it does not make sense if I am willing to pay cash. Rude!

Dr. Zimmerman is kind, an excellent diagnostician with exceptional follow through. Determined to help her patients in different aspects of health & healing which is rare in today's society. Makes excellent referrals when a problem arises that is not within her scope, however she does not give up on patients with unusually health issues. Willing to work as a team member when dealing with other medical professionals. Several family members go to her.

After suffering from Lyme Disease for many years, Dr. Zimmerman has been the first physician that has shown compassion and has been right on target with her medical advice and treatment. She listens and answers every question. I have never been able to tolerate many medications and she has helped me step by step to get where I am today. Between visits if you have any issues or problems, you can email her and she responds quickly to your questions. She has helped me immensely.
