I've never really seen her. I always seen residents that's it. Have alot of trouble getting my medicine refills. Not good at all

This Dr. Has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. If you question your treatment she dismisses you as a patient. Don’t try to disagree with the care you are being given because she will retaliate by cutting off your services. If you want to be treated worse than a dog she’s your Dr because I would not trust her with even my dog! Stay away from this so called Dr.

Before you see the doctor make sure you have patience enough to handle the tone and attitude of the front desk. Your call is answered by a voicemail anyway and it takes a full day to receive a call back. The condescending inflection of being called "sweety" when asking about a sooner appointment had me looking elsewhere.

Had a problem with staff communication at first till I finally talked with the office manager and threatened to leave. Much better now but still, when calling the office, always get a recording to leave a message. But they do call back. Dr. Wade takes her time with you, answers our questions, refers to specialists if patient shows signs of disease and it happens quickly usually. We like the care she gives and that she listens to the patient. And we drive from Bay City to see her.

I’m a really anxious person so finding a family doctor that I can can connect with is really important to me. Dr.Wade has been by far the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. Does not explain anything, and if you don’t agree with a medication she wants to put you on she will pressure you into it eventually. She does not make me feel safe or cared for. Talking to her is like talking to a wall.

No one ever answers the phone.......always a recording which is very frustrating. Even if you leave a message you'll be lucky to get a return call.

Dr. Wade is a wonderful physician. She is thoughtful, caring, and has great follow through. I would highly recommend her.

Very thorough for the most part. Diagnosed my condition that my past Dr missed. However, follow through is really lacking. No follow ups from testing/diagnostics ordered unless I call and inquire with this office myself. Even when doing that, if office staff needs to locate more info, they never call back as they say they will. Getting notified via mail from the specialist of an appt they made should not be just via mail. I don't think this is an acceptable practice.
