I've been a patient of Dr. Reid for around 15 years now. My experience with her over that time has been very good. She is attentive when I'm describing signs and symptoms or if we're discussing my conditions or labs. She is responsive to my questions and explains why if there is something she feels might not be a good option. I've never questioned or had doubts about her capabilities or judgment as a physician.

I’m really so glad I changed my doctor to Dr Lisa Reid! She’s easy to talk to and I feel she really cares about my health! She takes time to explain all my lab work and any concerns I have! Finally I found a great caring Doctor! Also I would like to mention her staff is also amazing! So sweet and polite and efficient! Thank you Dr. Reid for taking me as a new patient!

I have been trying to get for an appointment since this morning, and everytime I call they say they will call me back. They don’t, and when I call they say give us 5-10 mins and we will let you know. One hour after that I call again and they can’t even give me a yes or no if I will be able to get in so once again they’ll call me back. It’s 20 minutes until they close right now. I haven’t gotten any call. Hopefully I can find a different doctors office.

Dr. Reid is caring, and easy to talk to. She doesn't let anything about your health slide, and won't hesitate to recommend a specialist when needed. I've had nothing but positive experiences with her over the past eleven years or so.
