Dr. Medwedeff, A great Internal Medical Doctor.
Dr. Medwedeff and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I travel 1 to 1.5 hours for my appointments. There are closer Doctors but none that have provided more attention, care and better treatment any time I have any health concerns. It’s great having a Doctor with the knowledge and experience to diagnose and treat symptoms without repetitive and costly trips.

Overbooking on appoitment times equals long waits
She has a lot of turnover in the office, Terrible patient portal. Unresponsive to prescription refills.. The office relies on automated patient service, it is very hard to get a hold of a live person.. Instead, its a message... 'Due to a lack of staffing, please leave a message'... Its like pulling teeth.. Appointments are normall 1 hour behind schedule.. Book an early morning if you don't want to wait an hour

A caring doctor and staff.
She and her team take the time to really listen and solve the patient's concern or refer to someone she believes can. They're all just great!

Dr Lisa is the best in town !!!
Had been seeing her for the last 8 years now, and it a blessing to have her as my primary care physician. She is awesome with the care and the treatment, my health had improved over the years, lost some weight and the blood sugar levels are at an healthy level, and the high BP is gone. Would recommend her to my family and friends. And her staff are very accommodating and helpful when you need to get an appointment !!!

If you don't have a general practitioner, look no further! I have a serious combination of medical issues and if it weren't for Dr. Medwedeff and her incredible team, I honestly wouldn't be alive today. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The staff is super friendly and supportive. I always get my results quickly and Dr Medwedeff's diligence, proactivity, and unparalleled bedside manner is the reason why I have been a super happy and satisfied patient for over 4 years. I highly recommend Lisa Medwedeff! You won't be disappointed!

I came to live in Dallas in my twenties and after almost 33 years later I've been fortunate to have met many doctors, of different specialties,...a total of 97 because my husband, children, and extended family visiting from overseas have needed medical care. I've been Dr Lisa Medwedeffs' patient for more than 10 years now. Dr. Medweddef is a wonderful human being, she truly cares for her patients as persons with feelings.. She is knowledgeable and attentive, a real gem. God bless Dr. Lisa!

Dr. Medwedeff has been my doctor for 10 years. In my experience, she is not only a doctor but truly a healer. She is very thorough, wise, and compassionate. Yes, this can lead to delays as she treats every patient with the same amount of care. In my opinion, superior healthcare is worth a small delay. I highly recommend Dr. Medwedeff.

Dr. Medwedeff has been my primary care physician for over 15yrs. My wife and I have had nothing but positive experience; finding her quite assiduous delivering care. Reading these reviews I'm quite surprised given how incongruous our own experience. Yes, sometimes a visit time is delayed but that is not abnormal and ironically because she does take the time could explain any tendency t back up. Perhaps she needs to work on her online presence but certainly a great doc where it matters

I have been going to Dr. Medwedeff for 3 years now and always felt respected and cared for. Recently, after an ER doctor sent me home with a diagnosis of a headache, Dr Medwedeff and her staff saw me and immediately recognized the possibility for meningitis and sent me to another hospital and arranged for me to be seen right away. Dr. Medwedeff was correct in her diagnosis and I was admitted and now I am healthy again. She prevented a horrible outcome for me and my family.

This physician is very inattentive, dismissive and always assumes the worst in her patients. I did not feel comfortable explaining my health concerns because of her suspicious, dismissive and contemptive nature. Her staff is rude, unhelpful and likewise, treats patients with the same suspicion and contempt.
