She listens

This is without a doubt the worst doctor ever. Never experienced anyone like this in my life. Shouldn’t be allowed to practice. Never returns calls EVER! EVEN DURING EMERGENCIES. She becomes angry and condescending during tele health calls. In my fathers case, recently, she told him he didn’t have broken ribs because she was too lazy to look at the x RAY (Thats right singular) Only to find out the next week that he had two fractured ribs which was re diagnosed at Saint Claires in Dover. Never called, was not available for a call, never followed up! Absolutely nothing! This has happened at least ten times with her, as my father has multiple health issues. Too bad i can’t leave a longer review as this person could not care less. Time to find a new doctor! Beyond awful.

Dr. Li works well with patients who are in need of basic yearly physicals and regular checkups. If you are a more medically complex patient, she chooses to refer to specialists and does not follow up. She also chooses not to offer basic vaccinations in office so you need to go elsewhere for that,too. Dr. Li also chooses not to have access to the Atlantic Healthcare System (electronic medical records) so she depends on her patients to update her about visits to specialists she refers her patients to. She is not easily accessible when a patient calls, often does not return calls and messages go unanswered. She is not clear on where she has hospital privileges, so that is a concern. With a scheduled appointment, wait times are still at least 20+ minutes in the exam room before she comes to see you. If you are in need of a primary care physician for a patient with a complex medical history, I would look for a different provider

She is wonderful! Takes time, listens..everything you would want in a doctor..I dont understand these negative reviews..I have never had rude office staff.....love dr Li

Dr Lisa is very patient to answer questions and willing to spend time with patients.

When I first became a patient of Dr. Li, she was very attentive. She would pull her chair up and talk to me face to face. Now she sits far away with her laptop. Her receptionist is nasty and rude. The final straw was test results. I called upset as I got a call back from the hospital. I wanted to speak with her and after leaving 3 messages, she never called back. Her receptionist called back 3 days later to tell me my test results were ok. Meanwhile I stressed for days.

Pleasant, Personable, Excellent Communicator... ...friendly, helpful staff

We are satisfied under Dr. Li's care. Her main receptionist, however, needs an attitude adjustment and more cautious about what she discuss with the patient in the reception area. The know-it-all attitude leaves a bad representation of the provider's practice.

I would NOT recommend dr. Li. Worst ever!!! Office staff is lazy, answering service is the worst, never relay/return calls .... doctors staff never call you.. Dr. Li is very accommodating unless it goes against her own beliefs and thoughts. She needs to learn that to be a good doctor she has to help her patients and not put her own beliefs into the mix.. Zero stars !!! DONT USE DOCTOR LI. FIND A DOCTOR WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU !!!

Dr. Li is a sole practitioner & her hours are somewhat restrictive. However, I find her to be always willing to take the time to listen. A very calming physician.
