Horribly unprofessional
This doctor is absolutely terrible and nobody should ever go see her. I came in with a major issue and she was the worst dr I ever spoke to. Seriously, go to anyone but her!!!

Poor Experience - Unprofessional - Not reccomend
I recently saw Dr. LeMond at Mayo for heart failure as I was advised by my general cardiologies and I was extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. I have been a patient at Mayo for over 5 years and this was the worst customer experience I have had. It is hard to believe Mayo would hire someone who as such a low disregard for her patients and Mayo's standards. She seemed more interested in her appearance and showed little care for me as a patient. Also the way she treated the nurses was with such disrespect. All of the other cardiologist at Mayo have always been professional. I will be looking for new care. I would strongly recommend finding another Doctor.

Unprofessionalism and Lack of Understaning
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Dr. Lisa Lemond, a heart failure cardiologist at the Mayo Clinic in Phx, Arizona. My experience with her was extremely negative, marked by unprofessionalism, lack of understaning of my condition, and condescending behavior. From the start, Dr. Lemond’s unprofessional attitude was evident. Appointments often felt rushed, and she seemed uninterested in understanding my concerns. Her dismissive attitude was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning given the seriousness of my condition.Dr. Lemond appeared ill-informed about recent advancements and alternative treatments. During consultations, her explanations were vague and often contradictory. When I asked questions to better understand my condition and potential treatments, she either brushed them off or provided superficial answers that did not instill confidence. I am not able to recommend Dr. Lemond at any level. I would strongly encourage patients to seek another Dr.

I was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy in 1995 in Dallas, Texas. Over the last 29 years have been seen by various cardiologist in Rochester, Dallas and Scottsdale. During this time I have seen my ejection fraction go up and down from 17% to 45% and have had several cardiac arrests. Thankfully, my ICDs always saved the day.I am writing this review because Dr. Lisa Lemond is by far the MOST compassionate, thorough and thoughtful cardiologist I have ever met. I am so thankful that I have found her.

Dr. Lemond is the first cardiologist who actually listened to my son's concerns and history of mediocre care up to this point. She ordered testing done that his previous cardiologists did not do. He is still needing additional care, but refreshing to have a doctor who listens to the patient and explains things.
