First impression Great!
I felt when I left my visit with Dr Lai that I understood what was happening inside my body. Surgery was okay I guess cuz I don't remember anything. My next visit with Dr Lai proved to me that I have a tremendous respect for her and confidence that she is there to help me.

I highly recommend Dr Lisa Lai she is exceptional
I met Dr Lisa Lai in my health crisis when I did not even have an appointment yet she agreed to see me, she sat next to me at face level and was professional and caring explaining my diagnosis and writing it down with a plan for me, connecting to me as a person. Dr Lai performed my breast surgery and did an exceptional job, she is sincere , intelligent and gives excellent patient care, myself and family will forever be grateful for her in my journey . Thank You Dr Lai.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lisa Lai. She is very personable and answered my many, many, many questions. She gave me insight and prepared me well for the surgery. During my surgery, the entire team was amazing. They had a flow about them and you could tell they worked very well together and for some time. For my follow-up appointment, Dr. Lai explained the details of recovery and what I should and should not expect. I am about a month out with no complications and extremely grateful for the great experience in a difficult situation. Thank you Dr Lai!

Breast Surgery
Dr. Lisa Lai is a talented breast surgeon I would highly recommend! I am so grateful I found her. Dr. Lai listened to and validated my concerns. Her empathy helped me be comfortable asking questions which she thoroughly answered. With her calm, gentle demeanor, Dr. Lai made a stressful situation more positive. I was also very pleased with the appearance of my breast post-op. Dr. Lai did a great job!

Dr Lai is amazing breast surgeon. she is very attentive listening to patient and her family and understand patient's anxiety and worries about her illness. I have been lucky enough to have Dr Lai as my breast surgeon and my surgery went fantastic without any complication. I strongly recommend Dr Lai for your breast care specialist.
