Dr. Lisa Keithley, MD

This year I have had every illness - with a few trips to the ER. Dr. Keithly has been available every time I called. She has even called me when I was in the ER - a Saturday night. She’s called me on the weekend to go over test results. She answered my call when she’s at the airport, to go over meds and order meds for me. She is always there and always attentive.

Dr Keithley is pleasant to deal with, really listens and is very thorough in her health care recommendations.

I have never had a doctor who was so thorough. Dr. Keithley took her time and I felt very confident with her answers to all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions). Dr. Keithley really cares about her patients and it shows. Her staff is lovely and kind as well. I would 100% recommend Dr. Keithley!

Dr. Keithley always hears what you have to say. Her and the staff are always professional and caring.

Annual wellness visit. Started as scheduled. Interaction was excellent. The Doctor got all her suggestions across. First time doing my annual checkup with her, she made me feel very comfortable.

Found her to be uncaring about patient history and patient’s own knowledge of conditions and care. She was not willing to listen. Changed med refills without consent of patient. Condescending. Complained about having to data entry because she did not go to med school to do that. Very very bad fit very abbreviated hours. Not MDVIP quality. Maybe ok for young families.

I had a problem with my knees. She examined me and correctly diagnosed the problem. Then she referred me to an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Keithley was aware of recent advances in vein treatment, referred me to a great vein specialist who has removed my varicose veins! Dr Keithley was sure my varicosity was a medical condition. Other physicians thought it was merely cosmetic and not covered by insurance. She keeps herself educated for her patients. She also has revised the dosage of a medication that has relieved me of a life long annoying medical condition. I am very grateful and happy to be her patient.

Dr. Keithley starts out good and ask questions but the last couple of visits have ended badly. My daughter was getting a pre op for double foot surgery and Dr Keithley recommended she walks more. Okay not really good advice but not bad enough to stop seeing her. My most recent visit was the worst. I went to her because we were desperate to solve my daughters health issues. Instead of treating us with empathy she made us feel like we were narcotic hunting (we most definitely were not). She referred us to another doctor but couldn't even be bothered to suggest one. Just go see another pediatric specialist (she was our 4th doctor that we've seen looking for answers). If you have a cold and just need the Patient first you are just a number experience then Dr Keithley should be fine but if you need a doctor that is empathetic and caring... find another doctor.

Dr. Keithley has set the bar pretty high. I hear about patients rushed through by their physicians - not with Dr. Keithley. She takes her time, listens and asks questions. In this day of complacency, Dr. Keithley works until we have resolve and a proper plan to move forward. I have learned so much from her, including how to take care and be better to myself. Dr. Keithley is honestly my life saver.

Dr. Keithly is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough and literally save my life with ability to see between the lines. To boot, she is very personable and professional.

She's an amazing physician and diagnostition (something rare to find these days). She always takes her time, and - makes sure to call directly to discuss test results and other findings. She's been a Godsend for myself, and I appreciate her care.

As a patient of Dr. Keithley's for 5 years I trust her immensely. She always listens to my concerns and discusses with me the direction to move forward with treatment. I have two medical conditions that need to be monitored regularly and she always listens to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr Kiethley.

Lisa Keithley is only wonderful when you are a new patient. Once you are established and have visited her a few times, her performance deteriorates exponentially. She was thorough and professional the first time. Last time I had an appointment with her she was 40 minutes late! I had to talk to the nurse and ask what the matter was. She told me I would have an eye test - forgot about it. She decided to talk about my headaches during the visit, and then charged me $150 as a separate office visit!

Dr. Keithley is a very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable physician, She is an excellent diagnostician and communicates well.

She listens, she doesn't rush you. She asks the right questions and she is easy to talk to. She has a sense of humor but you know she is incredibly knowledgeable. I like having a Doctor close to my age.
