Poor service. Looking for another primary doctor. Referrals never sent. Calls not returned. The doctor is seldom here. The PA is who I know. Very frustrating!!!??

Dr. Herbert was very nice but not very thorough. My husband and I have both seen her, and her solution to most problems is giving a referral. The doctors she refers are not great or helpful. I may be overly optimistic, but I believe that a family care physician should be invested enough to try to come up with a solution before referring a patient for tests and expensive specialty care. The office is also horrible about giving you your test results and they never answer phone or return messages.

I had been going to another doctor for months with the same complaints n no results. Dr. Herbert re ignored my problem n properly diagnosed me n referred me to the proper specialists n thank God I'm well now. Excellent doctor! She doesn't rush you. She takes the time to address all of your concerns. Her office staff is very nice n professional also.
